🎉 The Great Big 2026 Franco-German Friendship Evening

Dear members, dear friends of UFE Berlin,

The UFE Berlin team is delighted to invite you to the 2026 edition of its annual celebration of Franco-German friendship!

Join us for a fun filled evening. Your ticket includes full access to a magnificent summer buffet as well as a wide choice of drinks throughout the evening (wine, beer, Weizenbier, water and soft drinks). Musical entertainment will be provided by our DJ « Achim ».

✨ New for 2026: the UFE Berlin Tombola! This year we are organising a grand raffle with wonderful prizes offered by our loyal partners. Tickets will be sold on site. A second email revealing the details of the prizes will follow very soon!

🕒 Programme of the evening

• 5:45 pm: Arrival and welcome of guests
• 6:30 pm: Welcome speeches
  • Speech by the Counsellor for Consular Affairs at the French Embassy
  • Speech by the President of UFE Germany – Berlin
• 7:00 pm: Opening of the summer buffet
• 9:00 pm: Tombola draw

📝 Registration formalities (mandatory)

As access conditions to the Barracks are very strict, your registration can only be confirmed after completing the following two steps:

1. Your payment (before 7 July 2026): Payment must be made by bank transfer to the association’s account:

2. Your registration form (before 4 July 2026): Please download, complete and return the attached identity form.
